I sincerely hope that you are happy with the purchase that you have made. However, if you decide to return it, I will gladly accept your return or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Return and exchange jewelry must be new, unworn, with the original tags on the item, in it’s original packaging.

Exchanges are only possible for products with different color and/or size options. If you would like to exchange your purchase with a different product of the equivalent price, please return your original purchase for a refund and submit a new order.

If you would like to return or exchange a product, please contact us and request a Return/Exchange Authorization Form, fill it out, and enclose it with the return/exchange shipping. Once I receive the shipping, I will process the exchange or refund as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that I cannot fulfill any return or exchange requests without the Return/Exchange Authorization Form.
