Ordering & Payment

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Sales tax will be charged to all purchases made within Minnesota.  Your credit card will be charged once the merchandise is shipped.  If orders are cancelled up to 24 hours from the time of purchase and prior to shipping, a full refund will be given.  Please contact us via phone or email if you wish to cancel an order.

Return Policy

I sincerely hope that you are happy with the purchase you have made. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with what you have ordered, I will accept a return within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.  Items must be returned in new and re-saleable condition in the original packaging. Sale items are non-returnable.

To request a return, please complete the Return Authorization Form (PDF) and enclose it with your package. You will be notified via email once your return as been processed. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

Repair Policy

I will do basic construction repairs on any jewelry design purchased through up to 3 months after purchase for free.  After 3 months, repairs will be subject to a fee.  The fee is contingent upon material availability and the nature of repair.  Due to the fact that our products are handcrafted, I may not be able to obtain the exact materials needed to repair your item.  I will contact you directly, if necessary, to recommend alternatives.

Repairs are subject to shipping charges.  Please contact me to arrange for repairs.
